WHAT YOU WILL NEED |
- A pair of sunglasses
- An electric drill
- A thin needle
- Embroidery needle
- Felt tip pen
- Sticky tape
STEP ONE | Find a simple cross stitch pattern you like and transfer the design using a felt tip pen to a grid paper. Wrap this around your sunglasses with sticky tape.
STEP TWO | Using a handheld electric drill, carefully drill the holes you have marked out.
STEP THREE | Thread your needle with four strands of embroidery thread, tie a knot at the end, and cut any excess. Thread through the holes forming an X shape. Once finished each colour, tie off with a double knot at the back. Continue with each colour until the pattern is complete.
And you’re finished!
