I am a huge fan of good, wholesome meals, so I’ve never had a problem with the meals I cook and eat. My issues are with snacking. The odd bit of chocolate here and there and it soon eliminates any good food you’ve eaten at meal times.
That’s why, I’ve decided to kick start my healthy eating regime and I thought I’d bring you along for the ride… are you ready?
I’m no fitness and health fanatic and as you know I’m a busy mum running around after a baby and a puppy so I’m not the perfect example to follow if you’re looking to completely transform your life. But what I can bring you, is honest and real meals that are easy to cook (because ain’t nobody got time for wasting hours preparing food) and great to eat.
