The thing that makes eating healthily for me is when I’m consuming good, tasty food rather than these faddy diet meals. So something like this bagel makes me feel like I’m eating regular, non-diet kind of food rather than detoxing my body of all tasty things.
What you will need |
- Baby spinach leaves
- Roast beef slices
- Roast turkey slices
- Vine tomatoes
Toast your bagel as desired and place the top to one side for the minute.
Take a handful of spinach leaves and place them on top of your toasted bagel.
Add a slice of roast beef to your bagel stack.
Take a slice of turkey and place that on top.
Cook a handful of mushrooms as desired and place them on the meat.
Pop the top of your bagel on to finish. And voila!
