Obviously my days are taken up with looking after Archie, so I wanted to find exercises that would fit around the both of us. Then I had a thought. I’ve got a perfectly good set of weights I can use to work out with, aka Archie.
There’s so many ways you can exercise at home, even with a little one in tow. Here’s an example of a workout plan you can easily stick to as a mama.
Repeat these moves 10 times, making sure you alternate between each leg for the required exercises for an even workout.
