Archie’s First Baby Bells Class

You might remember me mentioning that I’d also booked Archie onto another term of classes last month, and we had our first class on Friday. It was recommended to us by a lovely mama friend who takes her little girl to the older version, so we were very excited to give it a try.

Completely baby led, the class focuses on bonding with your tot and introducing them to new colours and sounds. Last week the theme was exploring the farm so mammy had to wear a very fetching cow hat to entertain Archie with. Of course the little man looked much better in it than I did, hence the photo below hehe!

There was also an opportunity for some tummy time, which is so important in these early stages. Archie is definitely improving on holding his head up and he spent the whole time looking around at the other babies (he’s so nosey haha).

Of course there’s lots of new songs for mammy to learn too, which I do love. It’s great to come away from these classes and continue to sing them to your little one throughout the week too. The songs always seem to get stuck in my head so I feel like I’m singing them in my sleep – but it’s all good fun, and Archie does love a sing song!

We’re super excited about our class this week, and because it’s mammy’s birthday it will be even more fun 🙂
