I knew we’d be in for the long haul with the teeth cutting malarkey, but when your little one has been teething since two months old, it can become quite exhausting. To be honest, even if your baby is only just beginning to show signs of teething, it can be an ordeal for everyone involved.
So here’s my top tips on how you can help soothe your little one during their teething journey…
The moment I realised this stuff existed I could have jumped with joy. It gives Archie instant relief for his teething pain and is quick to take effect too.
Numb the pain
By running a clean finger gently over the gums, you’ll be able to numb the teething pain of your baby for a short while. To give the same kind of relief, you can also give your baby a teething ring to chew on, perhaps one that you can put in the fridge too.
You may have previously read our review of Link N Teethe, but in case you haven’t then I’d like to mention it again. This is a great teething toy for all ages and is a device that can be taken with you wherever you may be. The silicone texture is great for helping you baby chew through their teething pain
It features three different silicone shapes as well as three colourful silicone rings that all link together to create a chain of teething relief for your little one. What’s great about this teething toy, is the fact that you can separate it and have individual teethers for your tot.
If your little one is eating solid foods, then you could always try giving them some cool foods, like a banana or cucumber. Avoid any hard foods though as this could break off into small pieces and become a choking hazard.
Do you have any other tips to help ease the pain of teething? I’d love to hear them 🙂 x
